Agoo is approximately 235 kilometers from Manila and 34 kilometers from the provincial capital City of San Fernando.
The famous Basilica of Our Lady of Charity is one of the major attractions of the town. Indeed, Agoo is a common stop for Catholic devotees during Holy Week. The feast of their patron Saint Santa Monica is celebrated every 4th of May. Interestingly, it is also during summertime that the delicious “Dinengdeng Festival” is celebrated.
